Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball


  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1-ounce) package Hidden Valley┬« Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Hidden Valley, cheddar cheese, and half the jalapeno and half the green onion. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  • Place mixture in freezer for 20 minutes. (It will be easier to shape if it is firmer.)
  • Shape mixture into a ball and place on a piece of Glad Press 'n Seal. Wrap the Glad Press 'n Seal around the cheese ball and use it to shape the ball more evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour and up to 2 days.
  • Before serving, unwrap cheese ball and press it into a mixture of crumbled bacon, jalapeno, and green onion.
