Elevate your dinner game with this delicious recipe for Honey Pecan Pork Chops. They are coated in flour and pan-fried and then covered in a simple honey, pecan glaze with a little cayenne pepper. The sweet and nutty flavors of the glaze combine perfectly with the savory pork chops to make a mouth-watering meal.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and coat with flour.
Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick pan oven medium-high heat.
Add pork chops to pan and cook 2 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and keep warm. (I like to place them in a 200 degree oven.)
Add remaining ingredients to pan. Simmer 2 minutes.
Add pork chops back to pan and coat with sauce. Serve.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the pork or it will be dry and tough. Pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. I recommend using an instant-read thermometer.Nutritional info is provided as an estimate only and will vary based on brands of products used. Not to be used for specific dietary needs.
