Mayonnaise Biscuits are really simple southern biscuits with a moist, tender, and fluffy texture. Only 4 ingredients!
Servings 10 -12 biscuits
- 2 cups White Lily Self-Rising Flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup whole milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Stir in mayonnaise until clumpy.
Stir in milk.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
