A creamy and rich dip that tastes just like a Reuben sandwich. Lots of corned beef, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. Serve with toasted mini Rye bread, crackers, pita chips, vegetable sticks or even pretzel rods.
1/2poundthinly sliced deli corned beef,cut into thin strips and then chopped
1(14.5-ounce)can sauerkraut,squeezed-dry in paper towels
1/2teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 1/2cupsshredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, and milk. You don't need it completely mixed or smooth, but get the cream cheese broken up some.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a lightly greased crock pot..
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 hours, stirring halfway through.
Notes
