diced

garlic cloves,

tomato paste

teaspoon
dried basil

(14.5-ounce) can
fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1
(28-ounce) can
crushed tomatoes
1/3
cup
roughly chopped pepperoncini peppers
1/3
cup
halved kalamata olives
1
tablespoon
capers,
rinsed and drained
1/3
cup
heavy cream
cooked spaghetti
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet. Remove the bacon, crumble it and set aside.
Cook onion in the bacon grease for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in tomato paste and oregano.
Add undrained diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add pepperoncini peppers, olives, capers, and heavy cream. Simmer 3 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the crumbled bacon.
Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
