Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Country Ribs are wonderfully sweet and tangy and get fall-apart tender in the slow cooker. Four pounds of country-style ribs and a handful of pantry staples are all you need for this recipe.
Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Place the ribs in the slow cooker and spoon the sauce over them.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove ribs to a serving platter.Mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water. Whisk into the sauce in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20 minutes to thicken.Or you can transfer the sauce to a saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer to thicken.
