Crock Pot Peaches and Cream Cake is wonderfully sweet and tastes magical served warm with vanilla ice cream. Only 6 ingredients needed to make this amazing slow cooker dessert.
Spray the crock pot insert with cooking spray. Pour pie filling into crock pot and spread it evenly.
In a medium bowl, use a hand-held electric mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.Note: If you don't have an electric mixer, you can use a wooden spoon.
Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls on top of peaches.
Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of cream cheese mixture.
Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
Place a double layer of paper towels under the lid and place the lid on the crock pot.
Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Notes
Note: This is a gooey cake. It won't completely set in the middle, but there shouldn't be any areas of batter that look raw.The edges may start to get overcooked before the middle is done. If this is the case, give the cake a good stir and continue cooking.
