Ingredients
3/4cuppacked light brown sugar
1/4teaspooncayenne pepper
1poundbacon,each slice cut into thirds
1(14-ounce) package little smokies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Or you can use a disposable foil sheet pan.
Mix together brown sugar and cayenne pepper on a plate.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each little smoky and secure with a toothpick. Roll in the brown sugar mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.For extra sweetness, sprinkle some extra brown sugar on top of each one.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
If bacon does not get crisp enough, turn the broiler on for a few minutes.
