Ingredients
1boxyellow cake mix
1cupsour cream
1/3cupvegetable oil
1/4cupwater
4largeeggs
2/3cuppacked light brown sugar
1 1/4teaspoonscinnamon
Glaze
1cuppowdered sugar
3tablespoonsheavy cream
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oevn to 325 degrees and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix well.
In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half of batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar mixture.
Pour remaining batter on top and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture on top.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until cake is set. Let cool slightly.
Mix together all glaze ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle on top of cooled cake.
