Ingredients
12ouncesfresh pizza dough
1tablespoonThousand Island dressing
1/2poundthinly sliced corned beef
6slicesswiss cheese
1cupsauerkraut,squeezed in paper towels to get rid of liquid
Thousand Island for serving
cooking spray
1/4teaspoongarlic salt
Instructions
Roll dough into a rectangles about 10 inches long. Spread Thousand Island over the top.
Layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese, leaving a 1-inch border.
Starting on one long side, roll the dough up. Stretch the ends and tuck them under. Position so seam is on bottom. Lightly spray top with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Set Air Fryer to 350 for 15 minutes. Let preheat for 2 minutes. Place stromboli in the Air Fryer basket and Air Fry for the remaning 13 minutes.
Cut into slices and serve with Thousand Island dressing.
Notes
Use the cooking time as an estimate. Some air fryers cook faster or slower than others. At the end of 15 minutes, make a small cup into the stromboli. If it is still doughy inside, cook it longer.
