Ingredients

(10.75-ounce) can
condensed cream of potato soup
1
(8-ounce) container
sour cream
4
ounces
cream cheese,
softened
8
ounces
diced ham
3
green onions,
sliced
1/2
teaspoon
salt
3/4
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
(30-ounce) package
frozen hash brown potatoes,
thawed
2
cups
shredded Colby Jack cheese,
divided
1/2
cup
shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Grease a
5 to 6-quart slow cooker
.
In a large bowl, stir together potato soup, sour cream, and cream cheese.
Stir in ham, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, hash browns, and 1 1/ cups Colby Jack cheese.
Transfer to slow cooker.
Place 2 layers of paper towels on top of slow cooker and cover with lid.
Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup colby cheese and the cheddar cheese. Cover and cook another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
