Pimento Cheese Grits
Grits and pimento cheese are a winning combination! These grits are super cheesy and creamy and so easy to make.

Total Time 10 minutes
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick grits, NOT instant grits
- 2/3 cup pimento cheese
Add milk, water and salt to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Gradually stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in pimento cheese.
