Pepper Jelly Margarita
Pepper Jelly Margaritas are a southern-style Margarita made from green pepper jelly. The sweet and tangy pepper jelly gives them a nice sweet heat.
- 1 cup tequila
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur, I use Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup green pepper jelly
Place all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir with a whisk until sugar and pepper jelly are dissolved.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and pour desired amount of Margarita mixture into shaker. Cover with lid and shake well for about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled glasses with salted rims and serve.
