These White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Clusters have all the flavor of these wonderful White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies, plus coconut. In addition to being a holiday favorite, they would also be great for a Hawaiian-themed party.

Only 5 ingredients needed to make this simple recipe.

White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Clusters

Making this simple candy is as easy a melting a bag of white chocolate chips in the microwave and stirring in macadamia nuts, coconut, and rice cereal (I use Rice Krispies),

For extra flavor toast the macadamia nuts and the shredded coconut. This will really bring out their flavors.

You can easily toast them in a nonstick pan set over medium-low heat. Stir them frequently until fragrant and starting to turn golden.

White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Clusters are perfect for the busy holiday season. They can be made well in advance and stored in an airtight container.

  1. I don’t think I will buy a box of cereal for just 1/2 cup. Would it work without the cereal, or maybe some crushed pretzels? It sounds very delicious!

Wow! I just made these, scraped the bowl and ate the leftovers with a spoon! It’s that good! The rice crispies really add a nice crunch. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
