  1. I make this at least 3x a month! I make it for my husband to take for him and the guys at work and they love it! I add in onion, green pepper, fresh garlic, and a few spices! Thank you for this delicious and easy breakfast casserole. We are having it for dinner tonight 😋

  2. This is so easy to make and so good! I usually make it when we have weekend guests bc it’s pretty quick and easy as far as prep time! I love the slightest bit of spice it offers, but my father-in-law hates anything even with a hint of spice, so I just forego that when he is here and I add some on top of mine when it’s done baking. Can’t recommend enough!

I’m single, so almost every recipe, if not all will be for more food than I can possibly eat. Of course, I could cut the recipes, but I really prefer recipes that can be refrigerated, or frozen even better, and eaten at a later time. I’m a leftover kind of guy. Of course, some dishes aren’t that great leftovers, such as fried chicken. I would appreciate it if recipes had an indication of whether they were suitable leftovers and whether they can be frozen.
